dtgrating.com is an informational website operated by Dengtai Staircase Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("Dengtai", "we", "us"). It introduces our welded, press-locked and stainless steel gratings, stair treads and related products to business buyers worldwide.
Site content — specifications, load guidance and process notes — is general information. Technical data is subject to project confirmation: values apply to your order only when we confirm them in writing in a quotation or contract. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; a purchase contract forms only through an accepted quotation, signed proforma invoice or contract. Products are sold to business users for industrial and construction applications, not to consumers.
2 · Quotations, Prices and Payment
Itemized quote — every quotation lists panels, materials, finishes and commercial terms item by item. We publish no fixed price list; a quote is prepared per enquiry, within 24 hours.
Validity — a quotation is valid for the period stated in the quote document itself; ask us for a requote afterwards.
Free drawing review — send drawings, photos or a sketch; the review is included in your quote at no charge, and your drawings stay confidential.
Trade terms — FOB Tianjin as standard; EXW or CIF negotiable per order.
Payment — payment terms by agreement (T/T). Banking details are provided only on trade documents such as the proforma invoice, never on this website.

Working days are counted from drawing confirmation; small trial orders are welcome — a practical way to validate fit and finish before a full program — and full-container orders are calculated per loading plan. Lead times assume normal material supply and logistics: events outside our control (raw-material allocation, port disruption, extreme weather) may extend them, and we then notify you in writing and agree a revised schedule. Panels ship export-packed on steel strapping and pallets.
4 · Documentation with Every Shipment
Order documentation follows one principle: certified & tested, reports on request. Issued through our five-stage QC flow, from mill certificate verification at goods-in to final inspection:
Mill test certificate to EN 10204 Type 3.1 for the heats used (Q235B / SS304 / SS316)
Factory inspection report with every shipment
Declaration of Conformity prepared per order and destination market
Warranty is per contract: its scope and duration are agreed in the signed contract for each order. This page deliberately states no fixed warranty period — the binding warranty for your goods is the clause you sign.
As general orientation, warranty covers the manufactured product's conformance with the confirmed drawings and agreed specifications. Raise claims in writing with your order number and the shipment documents; we handle each claim per the contract clause.
6 · Limitation of Liability
Website content is provided for information only, as is. We keep it accurate and current, but technical data is subject to project confirmation and must not be relied on alone for construction or engineering decisions.
Liability for products and orders is governed exclusively by the signed contract between Dengtai and the buyer.
