3 · Finish
Black or hot-dip galvanized. HDG runs at a certified partner plant near our mill, typically 2–3 days, already inside your production window.
4 · Packing
Export-grade steel strapping and palletizing for ocean freight — quoted openly, sized to your loading plan.
5 · FOB Tianjin
Standard terms: goods delivered alongside the vessel at Tianjin Port. EXW or CIF negotiable if your forwarder prefers another split.

Per Square Metre or Per Ton — Which Basis, and When
The same panel can be expressed two ways. Neither is a trick — each answers a different budgeting question, and your quote always states which basis it uses.
Per square metre (per m²)
Used when the geometry is fixed and the budget is an area: flooring, walkway and platform projects where drawings already state coverage. It lets you compare what a square metre of walking surface costs across mesh and material options.
Per ton
Used for weight-driven work: heavy-duty panels, bulk repeat orders and any project where steel is bought and released by mass. It shows what a ton of formed grating costs and how design choices trade weight against span.
Why we do not publish a fixed steel grating price list
Two honest reasons. First, every panel is made to order — a 25×3 panel on wide centers and a serrated 100×8 heavy-duty floor share a category, not a cost. Second, steel is a commodity: the mill price moves, so a printed list would either be stale or padded to absorb the movement. A written quote dated to your inquiry is the only honest rate card — which is why we commit to an itemized quote within 24 hours instead.

Why is there no steel grating price list on this site?
Because every panel is made to order, the cost follows your specification — steel weight, material grade, finish and fabrication — and the underlying steel price moves with the market. A fixed list would go stale or carry padding, so we send an itemized FOB Tianjin quote instead, within 24 hours.
Do you quote per square metre or per ton?
Both bases are used. Per m² suits fixed-geometry flooring and walkway projects where coverage is what you budget; per ton suits weight-driven and bulk orders where steel is bought and released by mass. Your quote states the basis it is built on — ask for either and we price accordingly.
What is the minimum order, and how fast is delivery?
Small trial orders are welcome, and full-container orders are calculated per loading plan. Samples ship in 5–7 working days and mass production runs 15–25 working days after drawing confirmation, hot-dip galvanizing included.
