How Your Metal Walkway Mesh Is Built
1 · Fix the grade by environment
Q235B black for dry interiors, galvanized Q235B for the weather, SS304 for washdown, SS316 where chlorides rule. One grade per panel — we never mix steels inside a mesh walkway.
2 · Form the mesh
Bearing bars and cross bars are joined into one panel — electro-forged welding on 30/40/60 mm spacing, or press-locked construction for 11/11 mm close mesh. Serrated or plain surface, chosen per walkway.
3 · Finish and document
Q235B panels go black, painted, or to our certified galvanizing partner for ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 hot-dip. Stainless ships as supplied. Every heat carries an EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill test certificate, verified at goods-in.
