What "Manufacturer" Means at Dengtai
Bar grating is formed, checked and packed in our own workshop in Shijiazhuang, Hebei. Two forming approaches cover almost every specification we quote — and we tell you plainly which one your panels need.
1 · Electro-forging line
Bearing bars and cross bars are assembled, then every intersection is resistance-forged under pressure in one pass — a single solid panel with no clips that can loosen. Runs in-house for the bulk of welded bar grating.
2 · Press-lock line
For close-mesh bar grating, cross bars are mechanically pressed into notched bearing bars — no weld heat, so panels stay dead flat down to 11 / 11 mm openings.
3 · Galvanizing partner
Hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 runs at a certified partner plant close to the mill — typically 2–3 days, already counted inside your production window. We say so because a maker that hides it is hiding other things.
