How fabrication works
From Your Drawing to a Finished, Packed Panel
1 · Drawing review
Your drawing is checked against our build envelope — bar sizes, pitches, banding, notches and bends — and returned as an itemized quote within 24 hours. Drawing review is free.
2 · Cut, band and form
Panels are cut to size by saw and plasma, edges banded, notches and cutouts opened, and tread angles bent on the hydraulic press — all inside one factory, on our own welding and press lines.
3 · Finish, mark and pack
Hot-dip galvanizing runs at a certified partner plant near our mill to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461. Panels are then stencilled to your marking plan and steel-strapped to pallets for export — about 400 km by road to Tianjin Port.
