How We Turn an Area Into Numbered Panels
1 · Panel map take-off
Send the layout, a GA drawing or photos with a sketch. We split the area into panels inside the single-panel envelope — up to 1.25 m wide and 6 m long — and mark every joining edge.
2 · Cut and band to dimensions
Panels are cut millimetre-exact, notched and drilled for penetrations, then banded on the cut edges so nothing unravels — banding types are covered on our banded grating page.
3 · Number, pack, ship
Every panel is stencilled or tagged to match the panel map, then packed in assembly order. Installation drawings and fixing layout ship with the order — bolted assembly, no site welding.

Materials & test documents
Custom does not mean undocumented. Every heat of Q235B, SS304 or SS316 enters production with its mill test certificate verified at goods-in — the first of our five QC stages — and the paperwork follows the panels:

A dimensioned drawing or a simple panel schedule is enough to start — photos with a sketch work too. For whole areas, send the layout and we split it into a panel map of shippable panels inside the single-panel envelope, with joining edges marked. Drawing review is free inside the 24-hour quote.
Can custom panels be larger than 1.25 m by 6 m?
That is the envelope for a single panel, set by our panel-forming lines. Larger areas are covered as a mapped panel run: panels are cut and banded to dimensions, joined on site, and every panel is stencilled or tagged so the crew assembles without guessing.
Do you accept small trial orders of custom size grating?
Yes — small trial orders are welcome, including custom size grating made to your drawings. Samples ship in 5–7 working days, and full-container orders are calculated per loading plan.
