Production in 15–25 days
Working days after drawing confirmation. Panels are cut, built, galvanized and packed to order, then containerized at Tianjin Port with export documents attached.

Every panel decision is yours to make. These are the four dimensions a made to order grating project usually turns on.
Panel size & banding
Panels up to 1.25 m wide and 6 m long, cut to your dimensions with banded edges and end plates where the drawing calls for them.
Bar pitch & mesh
Bearing bars from 20×3 mm to 100×8 mm on 30 / 40 / 60 mm centers — or press-locked close mesh down to 11 / 11 mm for pedestrian and heel-conscious floors.
Holes & notch-outs
Pipe penetrations, cable routes and equipment cut-outs marked on the drawing are cut before finishing, so galvanizing seals every edge.
Surface & finish
Plain or serrated bearing bars, black steel for site coating, or hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 at our certified partner — typically 2–3 days inside your production window.

Steel or SS OEM grating is only as good as the heat it comes from. Every heat of Q235B, SS304 or SS316 enters production with its mill test certificate verified at goods-in — the first of our five QC stages — and finished panels leave with documents, not promises:
- Mill test certificate to EN 10204 Type 3.1
- Test data referenced per production batch, reports on request
- Declaration of Conformity prepared per destination market
- Factory inspection report with every shipment

Do you hold stock panels, or is everything made to order?
Everything is made to order — we do not run a warehouse of stock sizes. Common designations such as 19W4 work as reference points, but every panel is cut, built and finished against your confirmed drawing. Samples ship in 5–7 working days and production runs 15–25 working days after drawing confirmation, hot-dip galvanizing included.
Can you supply OEM and white-label grating?
Yes — OEM steel grating and white-label supply is supported and agreed per order. Panels can ship unbranded and unstencilled, and distributor branding on packing lists and order documents can be arranged by agreement. We describe the capability, not a partner list: each arrangement is made individually with the customer it belongs to.
Will a reorder match the first shipment?
Yes. Your drawings and confirmed specification stay on file, so repeat orders are rebuilt on the same lines under the same five-stage QC plan, with a mill test certificate to EN 10204 Type 3.1 referenced per batch. Reorder production runs 15–25 working days after confirmation, exactly like the first run.
