2 · Bar range toward 100×8 mm What is the top of the bearing-bar range, and how close can the centers go? Bearing bars from 20×3 mm up to 100×8 mm, plain or serrated, at 30 / 40 / 60 mm centers. Heavy duty means bigger bars and closer centers — not a thicker coat of paint.
3 · Load-calc support with the quote Do span and deflection checks arrive with the quote, or only after you order? Send clear spans, wheel or uniform loads — the panel recommendation and load check come back inside the 24-hour quote. Full load tables are provided with your quote, not held back.
4 · Material traceability Will you see mill test certificates by heat number before you pay? MTC to EN 10204 Type 3.1 for Q235B, SS304 and SS316, verified at goods-in — the first of our five QC stages — and reissued with every shipment.
