A Catch Basin Is a System: Grate, Frame and Basin Body
In a washdown area the catch basin is the point where everything collects — water, solids, cleaning chemicals. It only works when three parts are specified together, in one grade of stainless, to one drawing.

SS304 or SS316 for a washdown catch basin?
SS304 handles routine food-plant washdown and general cleaning chemicals. SS316 adds molybdenum for chlorides — salt-heavy wash bays, coastal sites and aggressive cleaning regimes. Both grades run on the same bar and mesh range, so the choice is about environment, not strength.
What is the lead time, and do you take small trial orders?
