1 · Duty check and bar selection
We match bearing bar size and spacing to your span and traffic — foot, pallet truck or forklift — so the floor panel holds its duty without paying for steel you do not need.
2 · Cut and banded to panel size
Panels are cut to your drawing up to 1.25 m wide and 6 m long, edges banded, then bundled for export — no cutting or rework left to your site crew.
3 · Galvanizing and final inspection
Panels go to a certified galvanizing partner near our mill for ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 hot-dip galvanizing — typically 2–3 days, already counted inside your production window, with the coating sampled on our five-stage QC plan.

Anti-slip, wet or dry
Serrated bearing bars are the default where rain, washdown or oil meet foot traffic; plain surfaces stay available where trolleys roll. Either way the panel is one open mesh — water leaves, grip stays.

Walkway panels at 30 / 40 / 60 mm centers — light underfoot, quick to lay on steel or concrete supports.
Pallet trucks
Platform panels with tighter centers and heavier bars where rolling loads and turning points concentrate force.
Forklifts
Heavy platform panels: bars toward the 100×8 mm end, banded edges, clip or bolt-down fixing so panels stay seated.
Where heels matter
Close-mesh panels at 11/11 mm keep heels and small debris on the surface while water still drains straight through.

Match the panel to the traffic it carries. Walkway panels are specified for foot traffic at moderate spans; platform panels carry pallet trucks and forklifts, so bearing bars move toward the 100×8 mm end of the range and spacing tightens. What is the lead time for grated floor panels?
Samples ship in 5–7 working days and mass production runs 15–25 working days after drawing confirmation, both including hot-dip galvanizing. Rush production in 10–15 days is possible with a surcharge — ask in your quote.
