Sawing and plasma cutting turn full sheets into panels at your exact width × length — every piece of a grated panel order arrives at its finished size, not a trim allowance.
3 · Banded, coated, packed
Banding bars close the cut edges, hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 protects them, and panels ship in steel-strapped bundles on export pallets with a fixing layout.

Yes — grating panels are quoted factory-direct for stock programs and project packages, and small trial orders are welcome. Full-container orders are calculated per loading plan, so you only pay for the steel you ship.
